【摘要】:ISO19900:2002specifiesgeneralprinciplesforthedesignandassessmentofstructuressubjectedtoknownorforeseeabletypesofactions.Thesegeneralprinciplesareapplicableworldwidetoalltypesofoffshorestructuresincludingbottom-foundedstructuresaswellasfloatingstructuresandtoalltypesofmaterialsusedincludingsteel,concreteandaluminium.ISO19900:2002specifiesdesignprinciplesthatareapplicabletothesuccessivestagesinconstruction(namelyfabrication,transportationandinstallation),totheuseofthestructureduringitsintendedlifeandtoitsdecommissioning.Generally,theprinciplesarealsoapplicabletotheassessmentormodificationofexistingstructures.Aspectsrelatedtoqualitycontrolarealsoaddressed.ISO19900:2002isapplicabletothedesignofcompletestructuresincludingsubstructures,topsidesstructures,vesselhulls,foundationsandmooringsystems.
