【摘要】:Geomembranesareusedasimpermeablebarrierstopreventliquidsfromleakingfromlandfills,ponds,andothercontainments.Theliquidsmaycontaincontaminantsthatifreleasedcancausedamagetotheenvironment.Leakingliquidscanerodethesubgrade,causingfurtherdamage.Leakagecanresultinproductlossorotherwisepreventtheinstallationfromperformingitsintendedcontainmentpurpose.Forthesereasons,itisdesirablethatthegeomembranehaveaslittleleakageaspractical.Geomembraneleakscanbecausedbypoorqualityofthesubgrade,poorqualityofthematerialplacedonthegeomembrane,accidents,poorworkmanship,andcarelessness.Themostsignificantcausesofleaksingeomembranesthatarecoveredwithonlywaterarerelatedtoconstructionactivitiesincludingpumpsandequipmentplacedonthegeomembrane,accidentalpunctures,andpuncturescausedbytrafficoverrocksordebrisonthegeomembraneorinthesubgrade.Themostsignificantcauseofleaksingeomembranescoveredwithearthmaterialsisconstructiondamagecausedbymachinerythatoccurswhileplacingtheearthmaterialonthegeomembrane.Suchdamagealsocanbreachadditionallayersoftheliningsystemsuchasgeosyntheticclayliners.Electricalleaklocationmethodsareaneffectivefinalqualityassurancemeasuretolocatepreviouslyundetectedormissedleaks.1.1Thisstandardpracticedescribesstandardproceduresforusingelectricalmethodstolocateleaksingeomembranescoveredwithwaterorearthmaterialscontainingmoisture.1.2Thisstandardpracticeisintendedtoensurethatleaklocationsurveysareperformedwithdemonstratedleakdetectioncapability.Toallowfurtherinnovations,andbecausevariousleaklocationpractitionersuseawidevarietyofproceduresandequipmenttoperformthesesurveys,performance-basedoperationsareusedthatspecifytheminimumleakdetectionperformancefortheequipmentandprocedures.1.3Thisstandardpracticerequiresthattheleaklocationequipment,procedures,andsurveyparametersusedaredemonstratedtoresultinanestablishedminimumleakdetectionsensitivity.Thesurveyshallthenbeconductedusingthedemonstratedequipment,procedures,andsurveyparameters.1.4Separateproceduresaregivenforleaklocationsurveysforgeomembranescoveredwithwaterandforgeomembranescoveredwithearthmaterials.Separateproceduresaregivenforleakdetectionsensitivitytestsusingactualandartificialleaks.1.5Leaklocationsurveyscanbeusedongeomembranesinstalledinbasins,ponds,tanks,oreandwastepads,landfillcells,landfillcaps,andothercontainmentfacilities.Theproceduresareapplicableforgeomembranesmadeofmaterialssuchaspolyethylene,polypropylene,polyvinylchloride,chlorosulfonatedpolyethylene,bituminousmaterial,andotherelectrically-insulatingmaterials.1.6Warning-Theelectricalmethodsusedforgeomembraneleaklocationcouldusehighvoltages,resultinginthepotentialforelectricalshockorelectrocution.Thishazardmightbeincreasedbecauseoperationsmightbeconductedinornearwater.Inparticular,ahighvoltagecouldexistbetweenthewaterorearthmaterialandearthground,oranygroundedconductor.TheseproceduresarepotentiallyVERYDANGEROUS,andcanresultinpersonalinjuryordeath.Theelectricalmethodsusedforgeomembraneleaklocationshouldbeattemptedonlybyqualifiedandexperiencedpersonnel.Appropriatesafetymeasuresmustbetakentoprotecttheleaklocationoperatorsaswellasotherpeopleatthesite.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheap......

【摘要】:ThispartofISO4263specifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheageingbehaviourofrust-andoxidation-inhibitedmineraloilshavingadensitylessthanthatofwater,usedasturbineoils(categoriesTSA,TGA,TSE,TGEofISO6743-5,see[4]intheBibliography),hydraulicoils(categoriesHL,HM,HR,HV,HGofISO6743-4,see[3]intheBibliography),andcirculatingoils(categoryCKBofISO6743-6,see[5]intheBibliography).Oilscontainingsyntheticcomponentscanbetestedbythisprocedure,butnoprecisionstatementisavailableyetforsuchfluids.NOTE1ForthepurposesofthispartofISO4263,theterm"%(m/m)"isusedtorepresentthemassfractionofamaterial.NOTE2Othersignsofoildeterioration,suchastheformationofinsolublesludge,catalystcoilcorrosionordecreaseinpHvalue,mayoccur,whichindicateoxidationoftheoil,butarenotreflectedinthecalculatedoxidationlifetime.Thecorrelationoftheseoccurrenceswithfieldserviceisunderinvestigation.Thistestmethodiswidelyusedinspecificationsandisconsideredofvalueincomparingtheoxidationstabilityofoilsthatarepronetocontaminationwithwater.However,becauseofthelargenumberofindividualfield-serviceapplications,thecorrelationbetweentheresultsofthistestandactualserviceperformancecanvarymarkedly,andisbestjudgedonexperience.TheprecisionofthispartofISO4263foroxidationlifewasonlydeterminedoninhibitedturbineoils,andappliestooxidationlivesof700hto3900h.
