【摘要】:ThispartofISO14952providesrequirementsrelatedtorough-cleaningprocessesusedtopreparepartsandcomponentsforprecisioncleaning.Itidentifiesprecleaningprocessesthatcanbeusedforgroundsupportequipment,launchvehiclesandspacecraft.Roughcleaningremovescontaminantssuchasweldscale,heat-treatscale,corrosion,oxidefilms,oils,grease,shopsoil,fuelandcarbondeposits.Roughcleaningisconsideredanormalshopprocessandusuallydoesnotrequirespecialenvironmentalcontrols,packaging,handlingorstoragebeyondacceptedgoodpractice.ThispartofISO14952isapplicableequallytogroundsupportequipment,launchvehiclesandspacecraft.NOTEThecleanlinesslevelachievedbyroughcleaningdoesnotnormallyrequireverificationbeyondvisualinspection.(Wipetest,waterbreaktest,ultravioletinspection,speciallightsandmirrorsareconsideredaidstovisualinspection.)
