【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestherangeofidealizedvaluesofthedriving-pointmechanicalimpedance,apparentmassandseat-to-headtransmissibilitymodulusandphaseapplicabletoseatedindividualssubjectedtoz-axissinusoidalorbroad-bandrandomvibrationunderspecificexperimentalconditions.Additionally,ahumanbodymodelisprovidedtosatisfytherangeofidealizedvaluesdefinedfordriving-pointmechanicalimpedance/apparentmassandseat-to-headtransmissibility.Thismodelisfurtherusedtocomputevaluesofdriving-pointmechanicalimpedanceandapparentmassforfixedbodymasseswhicharerecommendedtobeusedastestloadsincurrentstandardsdefininglaboratoryseattestingmethodologies.Alternatively,mathematicalexpressionsintheformoftransferfunctionsareprovidedtoapproximatetheweightedmean(target)valuesdefinedforallthreebiodynamicresponsefunctions.TherangesofidealizedvaluesdefinedinthisInternationalStandardareconsideredtobevalidforseatedsubjectssupportedonarigidplatform,withfeetsupportedandvibrated,andmaintaininganerectseatedposturewithoutbackrestsupport.Provisionally,therangeofidealizedseat-to-headtransmissiblityvaluesisconsideredtobeapplicablealsototheconditionwiththefeethangingfreely.Thevaluesaredefinedoverthefrequencyrange0,5Hzto20Hzforsubjectswithinthe49kgto93kgmassrange,subjectedtosinusoidalorbroad-bandrandomvibrationofunweightedr.m.s.amplitudelowerthanorequalto5m/s.Thefrequencyandamplitudecharacteristicsofthevibrationfallwithintherangeforwhichmostvibrationexposureislikelytopredominatewhiledrivingvehiclessuchasagriculturaltractors,earth-movingmachineryandfork-lifttrucks.ApplicationtoautomobilesisatpresentnotcoveredbythisInternationalStandardinviewofthelackofameaningfuldatabaseforconditionsinvolvingpostureandvibrationexcitationlevelsmostlikelyassociatedwithcardriving.Theupperandlowervaluesofmodulusandphasedefinedateachfrequencyforeachofthethreebiodynamicresponsefunctionsconsideredrepresenttherangeofmostprobableoridealizedvalues.Themiddlevaluesrepresentoverallweightedmeansofthehumandata,anddefinethetargetvaluesforgeneralapplications.Suchapplicationsmayinvolvethedevelopmentofmechanicalanaloguesforlaboratoryseattesting,oroffunctionstocorrectforthehumaninterfacewhenrepresentingthebodyasarigidmass,orthedevelopmentofanalyticalhumanbodymodelstobeusedforwhole-bodyvibrationexposureestimationsorforseatandcushiondesignoptimization.Amathematicalrepresentationoftheseatedhumanbodythatfallswithintheupperandlowerlimitenvelopecurvesdefinedfordriving-pointmechanicalimpedance/apparentmassandseat-to-headtransmissibilityisalsoprovidedinannexB,whilemathematicalexpressionsapproximatingtheweightedmean(target)valuesforthesefunctionsaregiveninannexC.Modelvaluesofdriving-pointmechanicalimpedanceandapparentmasscomputedforfixedbodymassesequalorclosetothoserecommendedinspecificlaboratoryseattestingstandardsarealsoprovidedinannexD.
